Eat Clean. Train Hard. Be Humble.

I've always tried to be these things, to live them. I haven't always been successful. Up to a certain age, I could juggle all of them rather well - but eventually life demanded more from me than I had to give. I struggled to keep a full time job, care for a family, make dinner, clean the house, weed the garden, visit friends, etc. all going at once.

When something had to give, I let training go.  Probably because I was lazy and it required a mind shift.

This is my second biggest regret.

I've lost more opportunities and happy moments because I felt ashamed of how I looked, or felt too tired, or didn't look good in my clothes -- all because I made repeated decisions NOT to work out regularly. In order too look good physically with my genetic makeup, a regular workout is mandatory. It's probably a safe bet to say you may have these genes too.

Training consistently lifted my mood and gave me confidence. Not to mention, better health, more energy, and a stronger body. I was happier.

Make your workout non-negotiable for life.

For you and for your children.

It's worth it.
